The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the location was excellent. It's right next to the Boardwalk in Reggio, which was great for taking a stroll and enjoying the views. The rooms were basic but comfortable, and I particularly liked the fact that there were rooms on the first floor with a balcony. It was nice to have some outdoor space, even though there wasn't a view of the garden or beach.
All in all, my stay at this hotel was just fine.

Staff friendly, helpful and accommodated mixup. Wonderful bed, pillows, and well-positioned A/C. Nice terrace for breakfast. Excellent location near museum and sea. New café/bar next door serves good coffee and brioches.
Nothing negative to say.

Everything was satisfactory, no improvements needed.

The hotel had a great location, just a short walk from the train station and near some great local restaurants. The room was clean and comfortable, with a nice balcony and a fridge to keep drinks cold. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and always ready to answer any questions we had.
The breakfast was a bit underwhelming, with limited options and some of the food not being very fresh. The walls were a bit thin, so we could hear some noise from neighboring rooms.
